This charge was to represent him through the court system etc. The arraignment was postponed and the charges dropped. I asked for a refund less his expenses and he agreed verbally to a refund and he would fifer that out in a couple of days. It has been a month now and he does not respond to messages. I would have felt better if he had told me no refund up front, but he lied to me. That is why I am really upset. Plus he is related to my husbands step-mother. Sticky situation. I filled out a complaint on a legal website and his rating went down, but I doubt if he will affect someone who is not morally responsible. Thanks for letting me vent.
